Do you need a little push in the right direction to stay on track with your clean eating plan? Here are 5 of our favorite tips for revving up your program:
- Buy the freshest, most attractive vegetables. Experiment and try some new choices. Have you tried parsnips? Butternut squash? Delicata squash?
- Have at least 2 bags of frozen fruit (no sugar added) in your freezer. This assures that you have a choice of fruit available if you haven’t had a chance to go to the store. Also, a one cup serving of frozen blueberries or peaches takes a long time to eat….
- Use a Magic Bullet to make your shakes. If you haven’t tried this yet, you will be pleased! It gives your shakes a thick consistency, and no messy cleanup of a blender. If you need instructions, check here. Try my “frappucino” hint.
- Be sure to exercise. Cardio and strength training!
