Help for Carb Lovers

We all aim for being on plan 100%.  Because real life happens, my insurance policy, Carb-Ease Plus, is always in my purse.

Carb-Ease Plus is a remarkable Advocare supplement that prevents the breakdown of carbohydrates by inhibiting the digestive enzymes used to break them down.  Carb-Ease has ingredients that inhibit the breakdown of fats and selected carbs so that the body is less likely to absorb them.   It also helps maintain weight and healthy blood glucose levels by reducing the negative effects of excessive carbohydrate consumption.

We are not suggesting that you eat a bunch of carbs and wreck your eating plan, but we also know that real life happens, and we hope that you are able to maintain your plan 90% of the time.  In the instance where you are not able to do that, be sure to take 2 Carb-Ease Plus before you indulge!

  1. Is ok to take carb ease plus after eating? Rather than before? Sometimes a heavy carb meal/day is unplanned and can’t take them before the meal.

  2. Should you take carb ease when you’re eating out, even if ordering fish with brown rice or a sandwich on wheat, simply because you can’t be 100% sure of ingredients at a restaurant? Also, why can’t you take carb ease 2x in one day?

      You don’t need to take it with a low carb meal. Sandwich on wheat would be best to avoid if on the cleanse. 🙂

  3. How often in a week can you take the carb ease? I’m still eating healthy I was wanting to take them to keep my carbs at zero. Do you think this will help on the scale?

      We personally only use it for special occasions but others use it more frequently.

  5. Are the MR shakes ONLY for breakfast, or can I use for dinner as well in a pinch?

      For best results, use whole food – protein and veggies according to the meal plan. Meal replacement drinks are for breakfast after the cleanse.

  6. Are protein bars from the supermarket ok if I watch the carbs and ingredient list? I know you sell the meal replacement bars, but I tried a friend’s and it was not palliatable:((( *Sincerely seeking help* Thanks so much and God Bless

      I can’t advise any other bars. I love the meal replacement bars myself. There are several kinds of bars to try. Would avoid during the 24 Day challenge, though.

  7. Is it safe to continue taking fiber drink and probiotics past day 10 to help keep me “regulated”, since i have an issue with this? If not, can i do metamucil or fiber supplement? *Also, can i use the shakes for supper as well as breakfast, or only allowed in AM? Thanks so much and God Bless

      NO – there is probiotic in your MNS packet already. You can do the cleanse again in 90 days. Read this post for help.

  8. Also , can you use leptilean on the cleanse? I’ve been taking it and it really helps me I just started the cleanse again today and want to take it with it if I can .

      Take 2 immediately before. Don’t use more than once a day, and don’t use every day.
