I’ve already read the directions. I read them wrong and took the other pills at the same time I did the cleanse. My question is do I continue or should I just quit since I already messed up?

I am on day 11 of the 24 day challenge. I guess I misunderstood the directions because at the same time I was taking the the cleanse products, I also took the burn/refuel products. I know…pretty dumb! So now what do I do???

I am on day 4 of the 10 day cleanse, and cannot go to the bathroom. My stomach is so bloated and uncomfortable. I always have to take magnesium every night before bed for this problem, but have stopped during the cleanse. I have been following the plan to the tee and have been drinking at least a gallon of water a day. What should I do?

I just started advocare today and have a bough intolerance for drinks that are too pulpfilled or have the wrong tolerance. While the flavor of the fiber mix for the cleanse is good, the texture and consistency of this mix in water is not consumable for me (I choked down 6 of the 8 oz).. what can I do differently so this cleanse is successful?

my husband and I are on day 5 of the 10 day cleanse and are both feeling very sluggish and head achy . Is this normal? I am nursing and my husband works out every day. Is it ok to add whole wheat bread?

For best results use Spark and water and herbal tea if necessary. We don’t advise, but some people add in some decaf coffee. Skip the cremora.
I am on day on day 5 of the 10 day cleanse and I have drank a meal replacement shake for breakfast the last 4 morning, but hardly lost any weight those days. Any suggestions or should I even be drinking those in phase 1?

For best results, take the Meal Replacement shakes with Phase 2. Our team does not use them on the cleanse.

If I don’t buy the meal replacement shakes for refuel days, is it ok to treat breakfast like a burn day and just do a protein, fat and veggie? Or is there an alternative that would match the benefits of the shake?

I’m fixing to start the 24 day challenge. What about non fat plain yogurt? Can it be cooked with or used?

No yogurt or other dairy during the cleanse. It should be limited during the 2nd phase.
For the burn phase I’ve seen 2 different formats. One has burn and refuel days and one says you can eat fruits everyday. Which is accurate? There’s so much conflicting information it’s frustrating.

Our group concentrates on the 24 Day Challenge. You are referring to Lean in 13 that some groups use.
What should I be eating for breakfast during the cleanse phase? I’ve been having the meal replacement shake, is that ok?
@Meagan, Our group does not use the meal replacement shake during the cleanse since we eliminate dairy. As directed use fruit and hardboiled eggs. You can switch and have oatmeal as indicated.
I get headaches really easily can I take tylenol while on the cleanse?

Anything that has sugar should be avoided if possible. Some antacids could be a problem because of conrstarch, excess sodium, etc. Check with your doctor about specifics.
In the morning can I take everything together or do I have to provide time between things? Can I take the catalyst, spark, and fiber drink at the same time?

My meals are all the same, salads with grilled chicken or salmon or grilled meat with veggies. What marinates are acceptable for meat?

Spices with lemon juice works well. Try using this method for cooking fish and chicken. We love it.

Even low sodium chicken or veggie broth has alot of sodium, and can contain sugar, and food starch. Skip it until after the 24 Day for best results.
I just finished 24 day challenge and I loved it. Did not lose that much weight but I love the way I feel. How often can you do 24 day challenge? I would like to do it every other month

Is spaghetti sauce good while you are on the cleanse?

You have to be REALLY careful with spaghetti sauce since they almost always contain sugar. Some contain wheat, starch and cheese; other things we are avoiding. Many are also very high in sodium.
Can you eat Breakfast Bar during the cleanse or Phase 2?

Take 3 Catalyst twice a day half hour before a meal on empty stomach. We do at same time as MNS before breakfast pack and before lunch pack and include Thermoplus to boost metabolism at the same time. Did this while losing weight and continue for maintenance. Daily routine.
Are scrambled eggs ok during the first 10 days of the cleanse? I see boiled eggs on some sites and some scrambled? Or should they be limited?

Scrambled are okay in nonstick pan. Add water, but no milk or butter.

I’m on Day 19 of the 24-Day Challenge. I started my own “diet” a few weeks before I started AdvoCare and lost 20 pounds in 20 days. Since I started the Challenge, I’ve slowed down to just a pound every three days. Is that normal and/or should I be doing anything different? I’m happy losing ~30 pounds in 38 days, but it kind of feels discouraging after losing most of it before I even started the Challenge. Thanks!
